Messages sent to the firm and their purpose
A name, email address, message and any files attached to the form, as well as a WhatsApp identifier when that service is used, are processed to understand the request and reply to it. The firm does not provide an online client account: attachments are sent with the message and are not stored on the website.
Security, recipients and retention
The static website and form are hosted by Cloudflare. Turnstile checks submissions to limit automated messages, then the Pages Function sends the message and any attachments through OVH email. These items are received and retained in the firm’s professional OVH mailbox for the period needed to handle them and meet applicable duties. WhatsApp exchanges are processed by that service under its own privacy terms.
No analytics at launch and individual rights
No audience-measurement tool is active at launch. Any later activation will be preceded or accompanied by updated information about the processing. Requests for access, correction or erasure may be sent to the firm, subject to professional and legal duties.
